Star Alliance Consulting S.L. is a Spanish company based in Madrid. We help companies that trade internationally obtain the instruments their contracts require: letters of credit, standby letters of credit and contractual guarantees.
What we do
Our clients are importers, exporters, traders and contractors who have been asked for an instrument by a supplier, a customer or a project owner — often for the first time, and often with a deadline.
We look at the transaction itself, explain the options, help prepare the file and the proposed wording, and coordinate the request with the parties and the institution. We stay involved until the instrument is issued.

Our role, precisely
We work on the client’s side, as adviser and arranger. Instruments are issued by banks or other authorised institutions, after their own review and on their own terms. We do not hold client funds, and an instrument is never automatic: it depends on the transaction, the file and the institution’s decision.

Who is Star Alliance Consulting?
Star Alliance Consulting S.L. is a Spanish company incorporated in Madrid in June 2024 (Registro Mercantil de Madrid, sheet M-825663, NIF B19750199, LEI 984500VA6C7FDCE8CA57). It advises importers, exporters and contractors on letters of credit, standby letters of credit and bank guarantees, and coordinates their requests with the parties and the issuing institutions.
Is Star Alliance Consulting a bank?
No. It is an advisory and arrangement company. It does not issue instruments, does not hold client funds and does not lease, sell or monetize instruments. Letters of credit, standbys and guarantees are issued by banks or other authorised institutions, after their own review.
