What data we collect
- Request forms: the information you enter — name, company, business email, country, optional phone number, and a description of your transaction or request.
- Emails you send us: the content of your messages and your contact details.
- Technical data: our hosting provider processes technical data such as IP addresses in server logs, for security and to prevent abuse (including rate limiting of form submissions).
- Audience statistics: for each page viewed we record the page, the date and time, the referring website or campaign, the type of device, the language and the approximate location (country and city) derived from the IP address. The IP address itself is not stored. Visits of the same day are grouped using an anonymous identifier calculated from technical data and a secret key that changes every day, so a visit cannot be linked to a person or to visits on other days. No cookie is used.
Please do not send bank details, identity documents or other confidential documents through the website forms. If they are needed later, we will agree an appropriate channel with you.
Why we use it and on what legal basis

- To handle partnership enquiries and keep in contact with professional relations — our legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
- To secure the website and prevent spam and abuse — our legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
- To measure the website’s audience in aggregated form (visits per day, countries, sources, pages) — our legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. You can object at any time by writing to us.
- To meet legal obligations (for example accounting or anti-money-laundering rules) if a business relationship begins — Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
Who receives it
Your data are not sold or used for advertising. They are shared only with service providers acting on our behalf and, with your agreement, with parties involved in your transaction (for example a bank or institution you ask us to approach).
- Netlify, Inc. (United States) — website hosting, processing of form submissions and storage of audience statistics.
- Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc., United States) — delivery of form submissions to our mailbox.
Where data are transferred outside the European Economic Area, the transfer relies on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, or on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Requests that do not lead to a business relationship are kept for up to 24 months after our last exchange, then deleted. If a relationship begins, data are kept for the duration of the relationship and then for the periods required by law. Audience statistics are kept for up to 25 months.
Your rights
You can request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, restriction of processing, data portability, and object to processing based on our legitimate interest, by writing to info@starallianceconsult.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Cookies and local storage
This website does not use cookies, whether for advertising, tracking or audience measurement. When you fill in a form, your answers are temporarily kept in your browser’s session storage so they are not lost if an error occurs; they are deleted once the request is sent or when you close the tab. Nothing is stored on our side until you submit the form.
