Know more about your counterparty before you commit.

Before signing a contract or requesting an instrument, it is worth checking who you are dealing with. We prepare a background report on the company, based on the information available in its jurisdiction, with an analyst’s observations.

What the report covers

Depending on the information available in the country concerned, the report can include:

  • Legal existence, registration details and status
  • Directors and, where available, beneficial owners, with screening for sanctions and politically exposed persons
  • Available financial information and credit data
  • Trading history and public information about the activity
  • Points of attention identified during the review

What it is — and what it is not

The report brings together information from official registries and commercial information sources, with the observations of an analyst. It helps you ask the right questions and decide what further checks are needed. It is not a guarantee of the company’s solvency, integrity or future behaviour, and it does not replace your own due diligence or legal advice. Coverage varies by country.

Fee and timing

USD 399 per company investigated.

The report is usually delivered by email within 1 to 3 business days after your order is confirmed and the information needed is received. Timing depends on the country and on the availability of records; it is indicative, not guaranteed.

After your request, we confirm the scope, the fee and the payment method by email. Nothing is charged before you confirm.
