Register or renew your company’s LEI.

The Legal Entity Identifier (ISO 17442) is a 20-character code that identifies a legal entity in financial transactions. Banks and counterparties increasingly ask for it. We handle the registration, renewal or transfer on your behalf.

How it works

  • You send the request below with your company details.
  • We confirm the plan and fee, and send you a payment link by email.
  • We may ask for a supporting document, such as a certificate of incorporation, to validate the data.
  • Once validated, the LEI is published in the GLEIF global index and sent to you by email.

Our role

We submit and manage LEI applications on behalf of our clients with RapidLEI (Ubisecure Oy), a Local Operating Unit accredited by GLEIF. We are not an LOU ourselves. Issuance and renewal are subject to RapidLEI’s validation and to the GLEIF rules. Processing is often quick once the data are validated, but it depends on the verification of the information.
